Here we are again in 2022 looking for answers in the crystal ball as we attempt to gauge our work and approach in the new year. Fortunately, Jennifer Fondravey our lead strategist here at marquardt+ assembled a team of experts to do just that in her article M&A Integrated Trends to Watch in 2022.
Successful business mergers, acquisitions, expansions and consolidations exist due to informed future views. Without these M&A variations most of us in strategy and commercial design would not HAVE any business, and most of our clients would have very little to do.
